BestaCoin is a recurring SaaS membership. You choose whether to enable Auto-renew in the Reward Center. If it is off, membership expires at the end of the cycle and any remaining Service Quota is disabled.
No. The membership fee is a non-refundable SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) charge. Once paid and activated, the service and Service Quota are delivered immediately, so it cannot be refunded under the service terms.
BESTA is Loyalty Points, not e-money, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. It can be used as a discount of up to 20% of an order total, only across BestSolution Group platforms.
You can upgrade instantly by subscribing to a higher plan; the system starts a new cycle and allocates fresh Service Quota. Downgrades take effect on the next cycle so you can fully use the current one.
No. Service Quota (AI Credits, Boost, etc.) is a consumed/expired service tied to the membership cycle. Remaining quota expires at the end of the cycle; it is not stored value.
