From joining free to using BESTA as a discount — no step involves paying for points

  1. Join free / sign in with the group SSO

    Sign in once at sso.bestsogroup.com — one BestSolution Group account opens every group platform that is already live, with no new sign-up. No joining fee, no monthly fee.

  2. Shop on group platforms — Coin Back is automatic

    Buy goods or services at AddCart, MaEat, Bookdy and the other group platforms; BESTA comes back as Coin Back once the order is paid, nothing to claim.

  3. Earn more from activities and referrals

    Daily check-ins, quests, the wheel and referring friends (counted when they actually order) — free activities have a daily/weekly/monthly cap.

  4. Use BESTA as a discount on your next order

    The system spends the lots nearest expiry first and caps the discount per order at the limit it enforces.

  5. See your balance and history in the Reward Center

❓ Common questions

Do I need to buy a plan to earn BESTA?

No — customers buy nothing. Join free and earn BESTA from goods and services you buy in the group right away. Paid plans are for shops only.

I bought a membership plan before — what happens?

Customer plans stopped being sold on 1 Nov 2026 — what you paid for runs to the end of its term but will not renew, and every BESTA you already received stays, with each lot's own expiry.

Can I really use coins across platforms?

Yes, on every group platform that has switched it on. Your balance is one pool — earn at one shop, use it as a discount at another in the group.

Can I transfer coins or cash them out?

Neither. BESTA are loyalty points, usable only as a discount — there is no button or API to transfer or withdraw them.

🏪 For shops

Shops in the group subscribe to a SaaS plan for AI Credits, Boost and ads inside the group — usable only for group services, non-refundable, never withdrawn or transferred.
