Abstract
BestaCoin is the central loyalty and rewards layer of the BestSolution Group ecosystem. It operates as two complementary editions. The Green edition is a live SaaS membership program that issues BESTA loyalty points as bonuses, redeemable for a capped discount across every connected platform. The Blue edition introduces BESTA Coin, a BEP-20 digital asset on BNB Smart Chain, designed to give the ecosystem a transparent, on-chain utility token once regulatory approval is granted.
This document describes the problem of fragmented loyalty across SaaS products, the two-edition architecture, token utility, tokenomics, the ICO and vesting schedule, the compliance framework, and the risks involved.

Non-Refundable SaaS
