BestaCoin ist eine SaaS Membership in Zyklen. Du entscheidest, ob du Auto-renew im Reward Center aktivierst. Ist es deaktiviert, läuft die Mitgliedschaft am Zyklusende ab und die verbleibende Service Quota wird deaktiviert
Nein. Der Mitgliedsbeitrag ist eine SaaS-Servicegebühr (Software-as-a-Service) non-refundable. Nach Zahlung und Aktivierung gelten Service und Service Quota als sofort erhalten, daher ist gemäß den Servicebedingungen keine Rückerstattung möglich
BESTA sind Loyalty Points (Sammelpunkte), kein elektronisches Geld und nicht in bar auszahlbar. Sie sind als Rabatt bis zu 20% des Bestellwerts nutzbar, nur auf den Plattformen der BestSolution Group
Das Upgrade erfolgt sofort durch Abschluss eines höheren Pakets: Das System startet einen neuen Zyklus und weist eine neue Service Quota zu. Ein Downgrade wird im nächsten Zyklus wirksam, damit du die Vorteile des aktuellen Zyklus voll nutzt
Nein. Die Service Quota (AI Credits, Boost usw.) ist ein consumed/expired-Service je Mitgliedszyklus. Das verbleibende Kontingent läuft am Zyklusende ab, es ist kein angesparter Wert (kein stored value)
